These Skills development programs are designed for Fresh Graduatess and Post Graduates looking for breakthrough, HR Personnel who are looking for professional excellence can opt for our programs.

For any Career to be excelled 3 important things to be taken care. Knowledge, Skills (Learned) & Abilities (Natural / inbuilt) which we call them as ‘Competencies’. Our skill development helps the learner to improve their knowledge of Best Practices, Solutions to challenges, Current and future trends.

Yes, we shall ask all interested candidates to undergo a pre-assessment to understand their learning abilities to pace the program. Our intention is to have complete learning experience by every individual learner.

We assess the learners’ aptitude and communication skills in Pre-Assessment. To get qualified to take the program, every learner must reach a score of 75% in Pre-Assessment.

Step 1: Interested Candidates will approach NRich HCM Solutions via Call, Email, and WhatsApp Messages.
Step 2: They need to fill their details (Registration form) along with intent to opt the program (in the prescribed way)
Step 3: They will pay the fee and obtain receipt.
Step 4: They will be added to NRich communication list
Step 5: Batch details, Student ID etc, will be provided to Registered Learners.

All Post-Registration Communication regarding commencement of classes, timings and other training related aspects will be done through calls and messages through different platforms to every learner by our training coordinators.

Training Fee includes the Training, Online Training Material, Evaluation, Certification, Professional Alumni Status, Post Training Work around.

Training fee can be paid through Online account transfer, Cheque or DD.

Yes, we do. Online study material will be provided.

All our Trainers are well qualified and have at least 15 years of industry experience. They are well trained in conducting effective training.

Training duration and work around timings differ from program to program. That is available with the course curriculum. It can be known from the individual program details.

Information will be given to the absentees depending on the reason specified for not attending the class. In general, absenteeism is not encouraged.

Being we are offering Online Live Coaching sessions, mentoring and Training can be extended to any remote corner of the world.

A minimum of 5 members to maximum 15 members are taken in a batch.

Currently our certifications are not accredited. But the certificate will provide a visibility of the skills learnt.
